This book is an easy read! The author uses simple language to explain what causes stress, how stress affects the body and ways to successfully cope with stress. I loved that there were ideas and bullet points throughout the book to help readers make plans for implementation.
Stress is a big part of life and how you deal with it and how you manage it makes a difference. This book provides a lot of tips and tricks on how to manage life and stress that goes with it. I love the light bulb meditation practice that is in chapter seven. There is a wealth of information in this book that is not like other books. I found this very helpful in learning how to reduce anxiety and stress. As life gets more and more hectic. We need to learn how to deal with stress more. And this is the perfect book for that. I highly reckoned it.
